Exciting Summer Meeting in Florida's emerald coast!
July 21-23, 2025
Don't miss HBAT's Annual Summer Meeting at the beautiful Henderson Beach Resort in Destin, Florida, on July 21-23, 2025! All HBAT members and their families are invited to attend.
In addition to a variety of council and committee meetings to help you get involved at the state level, the HBAT Summer Meeting will provide opportunities to make valuable connections during networking events, interactive sessions, roundtable discussions, welcome reception and sponsor reception. We will share information about some fun activities after the meetings...Crab Island and Cornhole Tournament!

Includes all sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, Sunday welcome reception, sponsor reception, and breakfast on Wednesday.
EOs, staff and Sponsors of a certain level will not be charged registration fee. Check with HBAT staff to determine if you are excluded from paying a registration fee. Spouses/guests must be a registered paid participant to attend any session or meal/reception functions. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
